We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative with prior experience in the Fire/EMS/Rescue industry to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities
Engage in outside sales efforts by actively reaching out to prospective clients through cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales techniques
Identify customer needs; provide recommendations from our line of products
Conduct sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits of our product line to close deals effectively
Prepare and submit Bid and RFP packages as required
Develop new business opportunities through strategic business development initiatives and market analysis
Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts via account management practices, upselling, and providing excellent customer service
Utilize Company's CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support sales growth and brand awareness
Promptly respond to telephone, internet and e-mail inquiries from customers
Attend trade shows throughout the year and interact with customers and vendors
Travel to customer locations as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience in the Fire/EMS/Rescue industry is required
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels
Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--with a focus on customer service excellence
Ability to handle technical sales discussions effectively
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Demonstrated skills in lead generation and analysis to identify new opportunities
Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude is essential
