As a

Sales Representative

, you'll be the friendly face customers meet in-store -- helping them explore new products, answering questions, and connecting them with solutions that make their lives easier.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcome shoppers and get to know what they're looking for. Share your product knowledge and help them discover new home improvement products and services. Generate leads for our client's sales team (no cold calling -- just great conversations!). Stay up to date on the latest products and trends. Work together with your team to hit goals and keep the energy high!

What We're Looking For

Friendly, positive, and people-loving attitude. Great communication and listening skills. Full-time availability for an in-person, retail-based role. Self-motivated and ready to work both independently and with a team. Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus -- but not required! We'll train you.
