KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
Identify, Engage and close new business opportunities with businesses within telecom market.
Proactively prospect through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and exisiting clients.
Conduct needs assessments to understand customer goals and recommend tailored telecom solutions.
Product & Industry Knowledge
Maintain up-to date knowledge of telecom offerings, including voice, data, cloud, and IT solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor by clearly explaining products, features, and value propositions.
Sales Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals while maximizing profitability.
Customer Experience
Provide exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with internal teams as needed to support successful onboarding and ongoing service.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory progress to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
