We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a strong focus on B2B sales and territory management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in direct sales, lead generation, and product demonstrations across various industries. The Sales Representative will be responsible for expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and a solid understanding of technology or product sales are highly valued.
Duties
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within assigned territories or markets.
Conduct cold calling, outreach, and networking to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
Manage existing accounts through regular communication, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform product demos and presentations tailored to client needs to showcase features and benefits.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation efforts.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Manage territory responsibilities efficiently through planning and time management skills.
Requirements
Develop new customers for diesel and petroleum products Maintain relationships with existing clients Prepare and share quotations based on daily market rates Follow up on LPOs, deliveries, and outstanding payments Coordinate with operations, drivers, and accounts department Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Skills & Competencies Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent communication and customer-handling Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving market Good reporting skills (daily sales & collection reports) Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication Personal Requirements Self-driven and result-oriented Ability to work independently and in a team Professional conduct and ethics Valid UAE driving license (mandatory for field sales) Salary Structure Basic Salary: AED 2,500-5,000 (based on experience) Allowances & Benefits Transportation allowance / company vehicle (for field sales) Mobile allowance Visa & medical insurance as per UAE labor law Annual leave & air ticket as per company policy Nationality Preference: Asian / Arab nationals preferred (based on market exposure and client communication needs) Language : English / Arabic (well and good)
