We're Hiring! Seasonal Sales Representative (5 Weekends: Base Pay + Sales Commission)

Concrete Poppy Design is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and reliable Sales Rep to join us for local Denver holiday markets this season.

About the role:

You'll work one of our booths each weekend, helping customers, processing sales, keeping displays tidy, and restocking inventory as needed. It's a warm, busy environment and a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with people and sharing thoughtful products.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent Concrete Poppy Design at local markets and pop-up events Engage customers and provide top-tier customer service Set up and break down booths at various event locations Restock merchandise and maintain a visually appealing display Process point-of-sale transactions efficiently

Schedule: Nov-Dec

Nov 21-23 Nov 28-30 Dec 5-7 Dec 12-14 Dec 19-21
Must be available in-person for all five weekends to apply.

Hours (approximate):

Fridays 4-9 PM

Saturdays 11-7 PM

Sundays 11-5 PM

What we're looking for:

Friendly, positive, and comfortable engaging with customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Punctual and dependable Retail, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus Able to work independently and restock inventory when needed A passion for sustainability and supporting small businesses

Compensation:

Base Pay:

$19 + Sales Commission

Commission:

Earn sales commission on products sold
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn commissions and gain experience working with a growing small business. We offer the possibility of extending the position into the new year based on performance and business needs.
