Description
Guide customers through the purchase of motorcycles, side-by-sides, watercraft, mowers, and other powersports vehicles.
Build lasting relationships by listening to customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
Conduct enthusiastic, professional product demonstrations, including test rides and walkthroughs.
Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and financing options.
Collaborate with Finance, Parts, Service, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Follow up with customers to secure referrals and repeat business.
Close deals by negotiating and overcoming objections professionally.
Participate in ongoing training to maintain expert product knowledge and industry insight.
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting.
Report goals, activities, and performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
Previous sales experience (powersports, automotive, marine, or equipment sales preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and self-motivation.
Available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift light equipment as needed.
Motivation to learn and succeed required
