Duties

Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales potential across designated regions. Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate new leads. Conduct regular analysis of sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Upsell additional products or services during customer interactions to increase revenue opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering trust and loyalty.

Requirements



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technology sales is highly desirable. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory operations effectively. Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and direct sales strategies. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to service delivery. Ability to conduct engaging product demos and technical sales presentations confidently. Strong analysis skills for interpreting sales data and market trends to inform decision-making. Experience in territory management, inside sales, retail sales, or tele-sales is a plus. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly across diverse audiences.
