Job Description

At Cal Supply, we devote ourselves to understanding our customer's needs. We are seeking a B2B Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:



Meets and exceeds targets by aggressively pursuing sales of compressed air products (air compressors, accessory equipment, service, parts and rentals) in assigned territory

Provide engineering services to customers including but not limited to designing a complete compressed air system

Prepare and submit quotations to existing and new customers

Identify and develop new business opportunities in territory

Contact customers via telephone, email or in person by traveling as frequently as necessary to meet and surpass profitable sales goals for the company

Build and maintain quality relationships with existing customers and grow account base and volume of sales consistently

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints through excellent customer service

Maintain company profit margins

Complete and submit sales reports on weekly account activity and provide monthly documentation with outstanding sales quotations, sales secured and lost business

Oversee the acquisition, ordering, delivery, installation and start-up of equipment orders for customers ensuring quality communication with the customer

Maintain up to date customer information

Perform related duties as assigned

Aggressively grow the assigned territory by continuously adding new customers

Qualifications:



High School diploma required, bachelor's degree in engineering or business is preferred

Minimum 3 years' experience in compressed air sales or related field

Self-confidence, desire to excel and commitment are necessary to sustain required sales activity

Familiarity with Microsoft office suite products

Experience developing leads and generating new business

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Deadline and result oriented
