Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories
Conduct proactive outside sales efforts through cold calling, lead generation, and direct outreach to prospective clients
Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, upselling products, and fostering long-term relationships
Deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations tailored to client needs
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage pipeline stages, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and territory management efforts
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and analysis to identify opportunities and solve client challenges
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for lead management and reporting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging product demos and presentations
Knowledge of technology or technical sales is highly desirable
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required
