Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management and business development strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and have the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while leveraging technology to enhance sales processes.

Responsibilities



Develop and manage a territory sales plan to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling, lead generation, and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Maintain and grow existing accounts through effective account management and upselling strategies. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on long-term relationships. Meet or exceed sales targets; occasional travel required

Experience



Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record in B2B or technology sales preferred. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is highly desirable. Experience in territory management and direct sales strategies is essential. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities. Ability to conduct product demos effectively and engage clients in meaningful discussions about their needs. Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (required) for daily client communication. Demonstrated analytical skills to assess market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly. Pay: $58,539.15 - $70,498.76 per year
