We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for building relationships, conducting product demos, and utilizing CRM software to track sales activities. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales potential within assigned regions.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking prospects, managing customer data, and analyzing sales trends.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback for management review.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong management skills with the ability to handle account management and territory management effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct engaging product demos and presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
Experience in marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and direct sales approaches including cold calling.
Analytical skills to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and develop strategic plans.
Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Knowledge of retail sales, technical products, or related industries is a plus.
