We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
Drive outside sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives to expand the customer base.
Develop and execute territory management strategies to optimize sales coverage and market penetration.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts.
Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform strategic planning.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a strong understanding of territory management and lead generation techniques.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct engaging product demos and presentations effectively.
Experience in management or business development roles is a plus.
Knowledge of marketing strategies and technology sales is desirable.
Demonstrated ability to handle direct sales, inside sales, retail sales, or cold calling activities confidently.
Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
