We are expanding our residential sales team and looking for motivated, ethical, customer-focused representatives who can help homeowners make informed decisions about comfort, efficiency, and safety upgrades.

What You'll Do

Meet with residential customers for in-home consultations on HVAC, plumbing, or electrical upgrades Present tailored solutions with clear explanations, avoiding pressure tactics Educate customers on options, rebates, and financing in simple, easy-to-understand language Follow up with professionalism and close deals with integrity Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery Record accurate notes, sales activity, and customer details in our CRM

Sales Personality and Presence

Charismatic, expressive, and confident Outgoing and friendly with homeowners Well groomed and professional appearance Able to build quick rapport with a positive, approachable demeanor Persuasive without being pushy

Communication and Detail Orientation

Strong active listening skills Can hold serious conversations while maintaining positive rapport Able to explain technical details in simple terms Attention to detail in both written and verbal communication Comfortable with numbers and basic math Clear, readable penmanship and accurate documentation is required

Motivation and Discipline

Coachable with strong internal drive Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter personality Thrives in a commission-only environment Professional follow-through and consistent work ethic

Requirements
