Drive to appointments and meet with property owners (B2B & residential) Educate clients on the insurance restoration process Sign restoration agreements and manage leads in our CRM Generate new business through outreach and relationship-building Capture property photos/videos during inspections (Optional) Door-to-door outreach for additional leads
What We Offer
Base pay:
$30,000-$50,000 (starting based on experience)Uncapped commission

and ongoing mentorship Average earnings:$21,000 per completed project
