Koita Agency is a direct-sales organization with 20+ years of B2B/B2C execution. We combine paid training, warm & hot lead flow, and hands-on coaching to ramp performance quickly. With our Training Facility in Miami Lakes, main office in Doral, and a new satellite in Hollywood (Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach in expansion), plus active growth in the Kansas City Metro, you'll be set up for success and advancement.
Role Summary
Hybrid field role covering both SMB (B2B) and Residential (D2D) motions under one simple playbook. You'll work routed warm/hot demand, canvas priority blocks when helpful, and run discovery ? demo ? price ? close, then coordinate smooth activations and early adoption.

Your Role
Convert routed demand (owners/GM for SMB; homeowners for residential); book/hold quality meetings
Demo, present simple pricing tiers, and close same-visit when appropriate
Keep CRM pristine: log activities, next steps, and maintain forecast hygiene
Coordinate installs/activations with the solutions team; drive early adoption and referrals
Share field learnings to improve scripts, offers, and territory plans
What We're Looking For
Face-to-face sales confidence; coachable, persistent, and organized
Prior B2B or D2D experience is a plus (tech/telecom helpful, not required)
Flexible availability (some evenings/weekends)
Valid driver's license, reliable car, smartphone with data
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation
This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with a $1,000 monthly performance retainer (non-salary) plus uncapped commissions and bonus structures. The retainer supports ramp and field activity and is not hourly or salaried pay; earnings are performance-based and vary by territory and results. Paid training provided.
