Represent Peak Legacy Ranch values by following policies and procedures while providing an elevated experience for our customers. Assist in animal care and training as needed

What you will bring

High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal, written, listening, and phone communication skills Reliable transportation and attendance Availability to work evening and weekends Preferred prior experience in a commissioned sales position

Pay Structure:

Non-exempt (Hourly) Employee Eligible for Commission pay after training - based on sales and performance metrics $16/hour guaranteed base pay with uncapped commissions. Eligible for Vacation Accrual after 6 months
