We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and a passion for driving business growth through effective account management and lead generation strategies. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple territories effectively. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned territories.
Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, product demos, and direct sales presentations to potential clients.
Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance data.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitive landscape analysis.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and customer needs.
Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
