About Novera Headache Center



Novera Headache Center is a Physical Therapy clinic specializing in non-medication management of headaches and migraines. Our mission is to educate and empower everyone with headaches and migraines so that they can break free from fear of their next headache or migraine and dependence on medication. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven sales professional to grow our patient base by converting leads into discovery visits and ultimately into treatment plans.

Position Overview



As a Full-Time Sales Representative, you will:

Manage and respond to incoming leads from online campaigns, phone inquiries, and other sources. Book and confirm

free discovery visits

with potential patients. Conduct in-person consultations and sales conversations following initial evaluations. Convert discovery visits into treatment plans, helping patients understand the value of Novera's services. Build and manage your own pipeline of new leads while supporting clinic-generated leads.
This is a

full-time role

with a

hybrid schedule

: primarily online and phone work, with in-person patient meetings at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities



Respond promptly to incoming leads and qualify prospects. Schedule, confirm, and follow up on discovery visits to maximize attendance. Conduct in-person sales consultations, explaining treatment plans and value to patients. Track all activity in CRM, including lead source, appointments booked, and conversions. Maintain high-quality patient interactions while meeting monthly performance goals. Collaborate with marketing and clinical staff to optimize lead quality and conversion processes. Provide weekly reports on pipeline, appointments, and conversion metrics.

Required Qualifications



0-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (phone/online experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, able to manage pipeline independently, and goal-oriented. Empathetic approach for patients struggling with chronic headaches/migraines. Comfortable with technology: CRM systems, phone software, and video conferencing. Ability to work in-person at the clinic.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in healthcare sales, medical services, or appointment-setting roles. Knowledge of headache or migraine treatments.

Compensation & Pay StructureBase Salary



$45,000 per year (paid bi-weekly),

covers the first 21 closed treatment plans per month

(baseline).

Commission - Above Quota



Commission only begins

after exceeding the monthly baseline of 21 closed patients

.

Self-Sourced Leads (booked & closed by the rep):

$100 per Initial Evaluation $200 per treatment plan closed

Clinic-Provided Leads (they only close the patient, not the booking):

$200 per treatment plan closed

Example:

If the rep closes 25 patients in a month: First 21 closes ? base salary only 4 closes above quota ? full commission applies based on lead source

Probationary Period



30-day probation to evaluate: Cultural fit Ability to convert leads into discovery visits and treatment plans Overall performance and commitment to patient success During probation: Base salary remains in place Commission structure applies only after exceeding baseline 21 closes, as per standard model Rep will receive feedback and performance coaching

Performance Incentives



Additional bonuses may be awarded for: Exceeding 30 closed patients in a month Maintaining a high discovery visit-to-patient conversion rate (>70%) Exceptional lead generation and pipeline growth
