Key Responsibilities

Drive the sales process from consultation to close. Build rapport and long-term relationships with homeowners. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Deliver a professional, trustworthy in-home sales experience.

Requirements

No Experience Necessary(but is a plus):

We provide full training.

Self-Motivated:

Able to manage your own schedule.

Excellent Communication Skills

Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record

Must Pass Background Check

Please Do NOT Apply If:

You are uncomfortable

meeting homeowners face-to-face

and conducting in-home consultations. You prefer

hourly or salaried pay

and do not want a commission-based income tied to performance. You need

constant supervision or micromanagement

to stay productive. You are uncomfortable

asking for the close

or handling objections directly. You are not willing to

manage your own schedule
