Responsibilities:
Convert inbound leads into
closed deals
Educate homeowners on
BOXABL's modular home solutions
Manage the entire sales cycle, including contracts and financing guidance
Follow up with prospective buyers to increase conversion rates
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide sales reports
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline the sales process
Attend industry events and housing expos to promote
BOXABL homes
Qualifications:
Proven
closing experience
in real estate, car sales, solar sales, or other high-ticket industries
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Highly motivated and results-driven
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, high-energy environment
Experience working with CRM software and digital sales tools
Understanding of modular home benefits and financing options is a plus

Base Pay:
Hourly wage (recoverable draw against commission)
