ECOMOD VENTURES is seeking highly motivated

Sales Representatives

to sell

BOXABL homes

to residential customers. You will receive high-quality inbound leads and be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from first contact to closing. This is a commission-driven role with unlimited earning potential and performance bonuses. You will play a key role in helping customers understand the benefits of modular housing, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience, and meeting company sales goals.

Responsibilities:

Convert inbound leads into

closed deals

Educate homeowners on

BOXABL's modular home solutions

Manage the entire sales cycle, including contracts and financing guidance Follow up with prospective buyers to increase conversion rates Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide sales reports Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline the sales process Attend industry events and housing expos to promote

Qualifications:

Proven

closing experience

in real estate, car sales, solar sales, or other high-ticket industries Strong negotiation and communication skills Highly motivated and results-driven Ability to work in a

fast-paced, high-energy environment

Experience working with CRM software and digital sales tools Understanding of modular home benefits and financing options is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Pay:

Hourly wage (recoverable draw against commission)

Commission:

a percentage per sale

Performance Bonuses:

exceeding sales targets

Recoverable Draw:

Base pay must be repaid through commission earnings before additional commissions are paid

Initial -Day Guarantee:

A time-limited guarantee may be offered to help ramp up sales

Projected Monthly Earnings:

Unlimited
