base + commission

role, paid through a W2.

You'll be in great hands! You will receive coaching and training on what it takes to become a stellar sales representative.

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE

Make a high volume of phone calls to provided warm leads Share the value of being properly protected by insurance policies Tell stories of insurance claims -- both successful and cautionary Engage in daily practices and skill-building drills Make a real difference by protecting people from everyday risks Learn, grow, and collaborate with your team

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Manage and organize a sales pipeline Make outbound calls to qualified, warm leads Advise clients on potential risks and advocate for their protection Recommend tailored insurance coverage based on individual needs Represent the company in a professional, client-first manner
