BCE Cleaning Systems

manufactures and distributes

commercial and industrial-grade pressure-washing equipment

and accessories across the U.S. We serve contractors, municipalities, and businesses in construction, oil & gas, environmental services, and other industries that rely on dependable cleaning systems to keep operations running.

We're looking for a

high-energy, relationship-driven sales professional

who enjoys both hunting for new opportunities and developing existing accounts. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in industrial, mechanical, or field-equipment sales and is equally comfortable chasing new business and engaging warm leads.

What will you do:



Prospecting & New Outreach (~30%)

Identify and pursue new opportunities Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits Qualify new prospects, gather needs, and move strong opportunities into the pipeline

Sales & Account Management (?70%)

Re-engage our database of 8,000+ past customers and warm contacts Build and maintain long-term relationships existing and prospective customers Prepare quotes and manage opportunities from first conversation through closing

10 - 20 years of B2B sales experience

, ideally in industrial, mechanical, or commercial equipment Strong at both hunting new opportunities and managing long-term customer relationships

Experience selling to contractors, commercial businesses, and municipalities

Self-directed and independent, with the discipline to run your own schedule and pipeline Excellent communicator and presenter, comfortable with phone, email, and in-person conversations

Tech-friendly

, able to use tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar platforms

Looking to stay active in business

with meaningful work and earnings, without needing a rigid full-time commitment
