Volta Biotech is looking for a sales representative in the Elk City area. We\xe2\x80\x99re one of the biggest distillate processors in the state and have an innovative retail product line that includes 2G disposables, 2G cartridges, Triple Threats (3 flavors in one vaporizer 2.25G), and soon Green Burritos infused prerolls, drink mixers, and a few more top secret items we\xe2\x80\x99ll introduce late this year. We believe this lineup will help launch us into one of the top brands in Oklahoma Cannabis. Our goal is to be the market leader in Oklahoma in vaporizers, prerolls, and drinks in the next 6 months.

WAYS YOU CAN MAKE MONEY AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE

1 retail

vaporizers/rso syringes (available now)

infused prerolls (available in October)

drinks, capsules, tinctures, and topicals (available in January)

2 farmer network

medical marijuana (available now, pickup service available in October)

hemp farmer network (available in December)

3 bulk ingredients

distillate, rso, liquid/powder water soluble (bigger quantities available in December)

The ideal sales rep is someone relatable, trustworthy, and in a stable financial situation; a person that understands the first few months will be work to create repeat business in their territory. In the long-term, that repeat business will give you flexibility with your time, especially suitable for moms that have their daytime free for appointments and can stay in touch with their stores via text/phone calls from home. You\xe2\x80\x99ll want to learn their order day and know when to follow up and consistently follow up.

COMPENSATION

5% commission on bulk sales (such as distillate) and 10% commission on dispensary sales.

Daily, weekly, and monthly goals with cash bonuses.

During the interview we go over how your goal is to sell 2000 units/month of our top selling 2G vaporizers for your commission to be $3,000/month and where were most likely to reach those numbers in your territory, and how you can increase your commission more by selling all of our other products. Products are at the bottom - youll love our packaging - some of the most appealing in Oklahoma.

YOUR SETUP

We spend $300 for your gas and business cards the first 4 months on the job to get you started.

EXPECTATIONS FROM YOU

We create a territory of 150-200 dispensaries within an hour drive of where you live. We expect you to visit, at a minimum, 4 dispensaries a day scheduled by our assistant in the zip codes of your preference. Were relying on you to generate sales from this area of the state - its your territory.

These answers give us clues that are even more important than your resume. It basically saves you and us time to help interview candidates before the actual interview. Thank you!

1 Have you had a sales position before? What makes you feel like a relatable and trustworthy person to purchasing managers and store owners?

2 We have an assistant schedule a minimum of 4 appointments for you daily in the zip codes of your choice. We do a small daily bonus for completing this task. Are you ok with this?

3 We have territories planned for between 150-200 dispensaries close to you and expect you to cover that area. We pay a limited amount for first 4 months for gas, so we want these dispensaries to be close to where you live. What cities/areas do you want to be part of your territory?

4 Even though you have a territory, if you have a relationship with a store owner/purchasing manager outside your territory and they want to buy from you, that\xe2\x80\x99s fine. We want sales. Do you have any stores you feel confident would buy from you but is not in your territory? If so, please list.

5 We are looking for more good farmer partners to bring us biomass for splits. In your area we want your help creating relationships with farmers. Do you know of outdoor farms or collectives that need a good distillate processor partner?
