Sales Representative

Job Summary:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be the link between people and access to technology. In this position, you will be joining a highly energized and motivated team that are enriching the daily lives of customers throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting and obtaining new customers. This position will work independently within their territory as well as work collaboratively with the sales team. The Sales Representative develops and performs selling strategies that ensure revenue growth to meet and exceed sales goals. Additionally, the role is responsible for cultivating and maintaining existing customer relationships to help ensure high retention rates. Duties/Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.

\xc2\xb7 Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their service needs; identifies and suggests services to meet those needs.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates the functions of services to customers based on their needs.

\xc2\xb7 Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.

\xc2\xb7 Meet regularly with existing customers to reinforce positive relations and maintain acceptable service standards.

\xc2\xb7 Acquire and maintain current market, industry, and company knowledge.

- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer relationship problems.

\xc2\xb7 Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.

\xc2\xb7 Performs other duties as assigned.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates teamwork.

Education and Experience:

\xc2\xb7 2 years of related experience preferred, but not required.

Work Environment and Expectations:

This position will be expected to work out in the field at least 70% of the time and in the office for any remaining time. A valid drivers license and reliable form of transportation are required. This position will require the ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
