Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their vaping needs. You will play a crucial part in creating a welcoming environment, educating customers about our products, and driving sales through effective communication and product demonstrations. Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their vaping preferences and recommend suitable products. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various vape products. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed attractively. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and responsibly. Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks. Communicate effectively with customers, providing information on promotions, new arrivals, and store policies. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to store standards and procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

Previous retail or sales experience is preferred; experience in a grocery store or similar environment is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register operations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse customer base. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. A passion for vaping products and knowledge of industry trends is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
