Summary: The Sales Quality Analyst is a member of the SCOR (Sales Call Observation & Reporting) Team within the Planning & Effectiveness Organization, supporting Global Inside Sales. Responsibilities include daily listening of sales calls to be evaluated and scored for basis of quality compensation programs. The Sales Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring consistent and effective call evaluations, identifying best practices and be able to utilize sales analytics to identify and report back on sales trends. : Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily listening of sales calls to be scored and used for basis of quality program
• Report out on weekly cadence to all of sales team that are being observed during the listening process.
• Build out call library for training and education purposes that highlights examples of good calls and those that have opportunities for improvement
• Report out to management on team observations and themes occurring on calls and tasks within the system on a routine basis
• Provide insight and guidance to Sales Effectiveness Managers for regular coaching required as a result of observations
• Make recommendations to management on process and practice improvement
• Complete ad hoc projects to support sales management, Sales Effectiveness Managers
• Assist in the buildout of Sales Call Quality programs for new business areas evaluated
• Evaluate from the perspective of a sales leader looking to maximize the performance of individuals and their team

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree required, preferably in Sales, Marketing or Communications or equivalent
• Several years of experience in a sales driven organization, sales support, sales function or quality analysis role
• Strong attention to detail, and keeps excellent documentation
• Self-starter who can work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can quickly adapt to change
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience using Microsoft office suite (Office, Work, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms) required
• Experience using Salesforce Preferred
