In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating credits, debits, and orders for Garmin's sales programs through the entire life cycle of the program which involves documentation, research, validation, accurate accrual, timely processing of internal and external requests, providing program summaries, and providing superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
Ensure adequate maintenance, documentation and compliance of sales programs representing various functions including, but not limited to, sell thru, buy down, price protection, co-op advertising, volume rebate, consumer rebate, associate purchase, promotional orders, consignment, tradeshow order, and display orders
Oversee and manage all sales programs throughout their entire lifecycle, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge to ensure effective execution and compliance
Manage various Outlook inboxes simultaneously, involving responding to questions and requests within one business day of receipt; sort and prioritize appropriately differentiating actions; identify and reallocate misdirected claims/requests to other internal departments
Maintain open communication with customers and internal teams to address inquiries on balances, claims, and orders, ensuring a seamless transaction experience for all stakeholders
Drive proper and accurate sales programs form completion by verifying the validity of the request and obtaining appropriate approvals based on the delegation of authority
Manage sales programs accrual, compile statistics, and prepare various reports for management as required
Participate in Dealer Marketing Programs Support team activities including, but not limited to, cross training on other Sales Programs Coordinator positions to ensure proper coverage and assist with workload
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
AND
a minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer service
OR
a minimum of 5 years total equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in a substantially similar role
Demonstrated strong math and analytical skills
Must demonstrate proficiency using Microsoft Office Excel specifically in the creation and management of spreadsheets with formulas including, but not limited to, V-lookup and Pivot Table skills
Demonstrated proficiency and effective data-entry and ten-key skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced, and challenging environment
Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and respectful interpersonal communication skills to work across functional and organizational lines with strong negotiating and analytical skills
Driven problem solver with proven success in solving difficult problems with high level of accuracy
Must be detail-oriented and work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision
Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
Desired Qualifications
Experience with Oracle applications
Garmin product knowledge
Order administration experience in a business-to-business environment
