Pompano Honda is a high-volume auto dealership in Pompano Beach, and we are seeking highly motivated, career-oriented individuals who are ready to start or grow their career in automotive sales. We invest in our Sales Professionals and provide top-quality training--no prior auto sales experience necessary.

We expect our Sales Professionals to be energetic, positive, professional, and driven to be the best in the business. If you bring the right attitude and work ethic, you can expect to make well into six figures. Our Sales Professionals typically earn between $60,000 and $150,000+ annually, with top performers exceeding that.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and prior customer contacts Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles to potential buyers Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to delivery Follow up with prospects and sold customers to maintain strong relationships Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals Stay up-to-date on Honda products, features, incentives, and competitors Maintain a professional work environment and uphold dealership standards
