Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive outside sales strategies to generate new leads and expand market presence across assigned territories.
Manage existing accounts through proactive communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client requirements.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance data.
Identify potential clients through cold calling, lead generation activities, and targeted marketing efforts.
Negotiate contracts and close deals by understanding client needs, presenting compelling proposals, and overcoming objections.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory management efforts to optimize future strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and offering ongoing support post-sale.
Engage in inside sales activities when necessary, including virtual meetings or follow-up calls to nurture pros
Experience
Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong management skills with experience overseeing territory or account portfolios.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis.
Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques.
Experience in product demos, upselling strategies, and technical sales within technology or related industries preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to building lasting relationships.
