Job Description

Sales Person - Divisions 8 & 10

We are currently seeking a Sales Person for Divisions 8 & 10, that will be responsible for preparing detailed door and hardware estimates for commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other supporting documents to gain a thorough understanding of the project Determining what factors of production will influence the cost of a service or product, in order to prepare material and cost estimates for the product or service, and labor estimates for any project Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors, which can include work lunches, after work events, and out of office meetings Managing bids from many vendors and contractors, and using the bid data to prepare your detailed cost analysis Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Continually updating technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications

Qualifications:

Previous commercial door/hardware experience

necessary; we are looking for the right cultural fit and can train the right person Very detail oriented, organized, great with math, and self-driven Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and other supporting documents Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently

Pay based on experience; our salary range is

$65,000 - $75,000 + commission
