We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This role involves overseeing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and utilizing advanced sales tools to optimize performance. Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets across various markets, including outside sales and technical sales.
Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on best practices in negotiation, business development, and account management.
Lead business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing client relationships through effective customer service.
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Coordinate marketing initiatives to support sales campaigns and enhance brand visibility within target industries.
Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and technical support to align strategies and optimize customer solutions.
Monitor industry trends related to technology sales and B2B markets to maintain a competitive advantage.
Prepare reports on sales performance metrics for executive review and strategic planning.
Requirements
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proven experience in Freight/Transportation (LTL, FTL, 3PL)
Demonstrated management skills with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for analysis and reporting purposes.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities.
Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to driving business growth in competitive markets.
Solid understanding of business development processes and account management techniques.
Analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive strategic insights.
