Badger Mining is seeking a Coach to guide our Customer Resource Team.
In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team by fostering engagement, growth, and a strong alignment with BMC's values. You will oversee daily operations, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate across transportation, logistics, production, external sales, and accounting to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies that support revenue growth, market expansion, and enhanced customer experience--while leveraging technology, e-business tools, and data analysis to improve productivity and decision-making. You will also manage critical operational activities such as shipping alignment, railcar placement, forecasting, inventory oversight, and cost mitigation, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and partners and resolving real-time challenges with confidence and professionalism.
As a culture focused champion, you will model accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. You will build strong relationships with customers, rail operators, transload partners, and internal teams, leading collaborative discussions and ensuring communication is clear, timely, and solutions-driven.
