Badger Mining is seeking a Coach to guide our Customer Resource Team.





In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team by fostering engagement, growth, and a strong alignment with BMC's values. You will oversee daily operations, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate across transportation, logistics, production, external sales, and accounting to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies that support revenue growth, market expansion, and enhanced customer experience--while leveraging technology, e-business tools, and data analysis to improve productivity and decision-making. You will also manage critical operational activities such as shipping alignment, railcar placement, forecasting, inventory oversight, and cost mitigation, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and partners and resolving real-time challenges with confidence and professionalism.



As a culture focused champion, you will model accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. You will build strong relationships with customers, rail operators, transload partners, and internal teams, leading collaborative discussions and ensuring communication is clear, timely, and solutions-driven. Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities





Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sales/Marketing, or related field preferred or, experience in sales, customer service, supply chain, or logistics, with at least 2 - 3 years in a leadership role.


Proficiency with technology platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and develop teams.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to connect data, forecasts, and operations into actionable strategies.

Strong sense of urgency and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Highly collaborative and team-oriented, fostering a culture of inclusion and shared success.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.

The Customer Resource Team Coach leads a team responsible for driving customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational excellence.
