Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 / year,
Final salary will be decided within the posted range commensurate with experience.

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a key role in driving sales effectiveness and efficiency with data analysis, process improvement, reporting, and performance tracking. This position partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other departments to optimize the end-to-end sales process. Role reports to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Must have the ability to generate sales reporting and data and also provide insights and recommendations as to what data presents.
Please note: We are considering candidates who reside in or are willing to relocate to communities with one of our Visionary Broadband office (Gillette, Casper, Sheridan and Cheyenne in Wyoming and Englewood and Poncha Springs in Colorado).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement for sales channels that include Inside Sales, D2D, web, and Enterprise.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics (e.g., pipeline, quota attainment, conversion rates)
Support forecasting and territory planning activities
Monitor and improve sales processes and systems (e.g., sales workflows, lead routing)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and execution
Provide data-driven insights to sales leadership for decision-making
Ensure data integrity within sales tools such as HubSpot (CRM)
Assist in setting sales targets and measuring performance against them
Create and tailor OSS (SONAR billing system) reports to meet department needs
Create and tailor reports from CRM and other company tools
Work closely with management to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company or department policies
Flexibility to occasionally work outside of the normal 8am-5pm workday
Other advanced duties and special projects as assigned
Minimum Knowledge Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis or related roles
Strong Excel skills; experience with CRM (Hubspot), and data management
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently with little supervision; assertive and takes initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Ability to create, edit, and manage OSS (SONAR billing system) reports
Ability to create, edit and manage CRM (Hubspot) reports
