We are seeking an exceptional and passionate Freelance Sales & Nutritionist Associate to represent our brand at our first permanent retail store in the USA, a premier luxury retail destination in NYC.

The Sales & Nutrition Associate will be key in creating a memorable service experience for the client. This unique role blends personalized in?store nutritional education and insights with direct sales, focusing on advising about the cutting?edge CLP Holistic Health supplement range. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled, customer?centric professional with a proven background in nutrition, coupled with a strong aptitude for luxury retail sales and client relationship building. You will serve as the primary brand ambassador, educating discerning clients on the science of longevity nutraceuticals and the personalized benefits of our products, driving sales, delighting our customers and embodying the CLP Holistic Health ethos of holistic well?being.

You will also ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising, and you will collaborate with our HQ team to create impact with in?store or offsite events.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Sales Excellence:



Actively engage with shoppers on the sales floor. Provide personalized in?store experience and nutritional insights, advising on individual needs and recommending CLP Holistic Health supplement regimens. Drive sales targets for the CLP Holistic Health range through expert product knowledge, persuasive communication, and exceptional client service. Develop and maintain a high?value client book, fostering long?term relationships through follow?ups, personalized recommendations, and exclusive experiences.

Brand Representation & Education:



Serve as the authoritative expert on the CLP Holistic Health brand, its scientific foundation, key ingredients and the broader principles of longevity. Educate other Sales Associates and other relevant staff on product benefits and selling points. Maintain impeccable product merchandising and display standards, ensuring the brand's luxury image is consistently upheld. Identify opportunities for in?store activations, working with the Clinique La Prairie Holistic Health company's Head of Sales and Marketing team. Help drive engagement through occasional in?person or virtual pop?up educational sessions or workshops, offering general nutritional advice to showcase our products solutions and build client trust, in the store or during events. Provide regular qualitative and quantitative feedback on client insights, sales trends, and competitive activities from the retail floor. This is an entry-level freelance role, ideal as a first step into the ambitious world of wellness nutrition retail. You'll benefit from initial training and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow in the role. As the brand continues to expand in the USA, high-performing team members may become eligible for further professional development opportunities, including advanced longevity training and the chance to take on greater responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS



While a higher degree such as a bachelor's degree in nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related scientific field is preferred, we welcome applicants with a Certified Nutrition Specialist degree. The candidate must be able to provide general nutrition advice and conduct educational workshops. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in clinical nutrition, wellness consulting, or direct?to?consumer sales within a luxury health, beauty, or supplement environment. Demonstrated passion for longevity, holistic health, and the science of well?being. Exeptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a discerning luxury clientele. Proven sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong presentation skills, capable of translating complex scientific information into engaging and understandable language. Highly self?motivated, results?driven, and capable of working autonomously in a dynamic retail environment. Experience in retail point?of?sale (CRM) software and standard office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration platforms like Teams/Slack/Zoom). Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and special events in a fast?paced work environment as needed.
