EMR, located in Rosedale, MD, seeks a Sales & Marketing Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative functions of EMR's Sales & Marketing initiatives. This role will support the Sales & Marketing manager, company events, social media campaigns, company website administration, CRM reporting and optimization, and assisting with marketing projects. Prior administrative experience or degree in a related field is preferred. We offer a competitive salary, PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K. Hours are 8am-4:30pm.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in Sales & Marketing preferred
Prior experience with CRM software preferred
Strong organization and administrative skills, ability to multitask
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated customer service, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail and common sense
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
