ready to lead a winning team.Requirements
Minimum
10
years of dealership experience
, withstrong Finance (F&I)
background Proven track record insales leadership
and achieving volume goals Deep understanding ofdesking deals
,leasing
, andlender relations
Excellent communication, coaching, and closing skills Must thrive in afast-paced, high-volume
environmentResponsibilities
Lead and develop the new car sales team to exceed monthly targets Work closely with Finance, Inventory, and BDC departments to drive performance Structure and close deals efficiently and profitably Maintain strong relationships with lenders and OEM partners Deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold Capitol Chevrolet's reputation for excellence
