We are known for our strong culture exceptional customer experience and long term employee growth. We are seeking an experienced proven and highly capable Sales Manager to join our leadership team.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager must bring extensive automotive sales management experience with a track record of high performance. This role requires expert level desking skills strong leadership operational discipline and the ability to drive results consistently. The ideal candidate is a hands on coach who can elevate salespeople maintain tight CRM processes and ensure smooth coordination between sales finance and management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead train and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly goals for volume gross and CSI
Desk deals with accuracy speed and profitability using VinSolutions and Reynolds desking tools
Hold the team accountable to daily CRM activity follow up and appointment management
Partner with finance managers to structure strong deals that meet customer and dealership needs
Run daily sales meetings one on ones and save a deal reviews
Manage floor operations lead distribution and customer escalations
Work closely with used car management on inventory pricing and merchandising
Ensure compliance with Arizona MVD laws GM program requirements and dealership policy
Recruit onboard and develop high quality sales professionals
Evaluate team performance provide coaching and enforce professional standards
Qualifications
Extensive automotive sales management experience is required
Proven track record of strong front and back end performance
Expert knowledge of desking CRM process management and deal structure
Experience with VinSolutions Reynolds vAuto and digital retail preferred
Strong leadership communication and problem solving skills
High level of professionalism integrity and accountability
Valid Arizona driver license
