As a Sales Manager Trainee, you'll begin by mastering the fundamentals of customer interaction and Verizon's wireless products while gradually taking on leadership responsibilities, such as mentoring peers, assisting with team goals, and learning how to manage performance. What You'll Do as a Sales Manager Trainee:

Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend Verizon wireless products and services Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ethical sales practices Support new enrollments and guide customers through the full activation process Take on increasing leadership responsibilities, including coaching teammates and assisting with daily operations Collaborate with Sales Managers to track performance, improve team results, and exceed enrollment goals Maintain accurate records of customer information, service agreements, and transactions Represent Verizon with professionalism, integrity, and a leadership mindset

Training & Development You'll Receive as a Sales Manager Trainee:

In-depth knowledge of Verizon's wireless services and devices Advanced communication and customer relationship-building strategies Coaching and mentoring techniques to support team success Goal-setting, performance tracking, and time management skills Ethical sales practices, compliance standards, and contract management Foundational management skills to prepare you for future leadership roles

What We Look For in a Sales Manager Trainee:

0-2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred, not required) Strong communication skills and a natural ability to influence and motivate others A leadership mindset, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
