Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to make sales by expanding our relationships with home improvement contractors. This role involves driving the entire sales process, from building a pipeline to closing deals. The ideal candidate has a background in Software as a Service (SaaS) or channel sales, particularly in the home improvement industry, and is passionate about shaping go-to-market strategies for new offerings. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at developing strong client relationships, and are driven to exceed targets, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact.
This is a fully remote position for candidates who lives in the Dallas, Texas area. This position offers a base salary of $120,000 per year, plus monthly commission of 30 BPS, with an additional guarantee of $10K per month for the first five months, OR whichever amount is higher in the first five months to help off-set your ramp up period. Medical benefits begin on day one, and employees are eligible for a company-matched 401(k) plan.
