Overview:

I am looking for a highly motivated individual who have a passion for fitness, teachable mindset, team player, and great attitude!

This is a Sales and Marketing position. No Experience is needed! We teach everything in the gym and a lot of it is hands on. Daily sales training topics are taught and we also teach alot of product knowledge when it comes to overall fitness and health.

Responsibilities:

1. help potential members get started on a membership.

2. Build value in having a healthy lifestyle through our sales process and having great product knowledge of fitness.

3.Make calls to guests that are interested in the gym and have them come in for a tour to help them get started on a membership.

4. Be able to generate our own leads through inside and outside marketing to help produce new memberships.

5. Help keep gym clean.

6. If we build enough value of having a personal trainer then also help get them started on a personal training program to help get further success in their own goals here at the gym.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,750.00 - $4,000.00 per month
