Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our team as an individual contributor. This role involves identifying opportunities, creating designs in Mozaik (or similar cabinet software), developing proposals, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

You will have autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to represent a company known for excellence in both craftsmanship and service.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new client relationships across North Georgia Design cabinetry using Mozaik (training provided) or related software such as 2020 or AutoCAD Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and recommendations Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout each project Collaborate with ownership and production teams to ensure project success Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Attend periodic team and client meetings as required

Qualifications

Proven sales experience, ideally in custom cabinetry, interior design, or home improvement Experience using Mozaik, 2020, AutoCAD, or similar design software preferred Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across North Georgia Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently High-potential candidates with a desire to learn are encouraged to apply

Compensation

Base salary: $50,000 per year 7% commission on cabinet sales after reaching sales equal to base salary Mileage reimbursement or fuel stipend provided
