Role Summary:
The Sales Manager will drive sales growth across the United States by leading a dynamic sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and managing client relationships. A critical aspect of the role includes frequent client visits to enhance customer engagement, understand client needs, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by managing a US-based sales team.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives to expand market share.
Conduct regular on-site client visits throughout the US to build and maintain strong relationships.
Lead recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluation of sales staff.
Track sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and report results to senior management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support teams for holistic client solutions.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Represent Makedian at industry events and client meetings, ensuring professional presence and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in Salesforce or IT solutions sales.
Strong client management and relationship-building skills with a hands-on approach to client visits.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends for strategic planning.
Willingness to travel regularly across the US for client engagements.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $79,011.24 per year
