We are looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a

Sales Manager

. This role involves assisting customers, processing sales transactions, and supporting warehouse operations.

Be a leader of the sales team and sell directly to customers Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs Manage the front-end register for checking out customers Assist with maintaining an online presence Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems Keep the sales floor and back room neat and clean Help with loading and unloading customer purchases Help with loading and unloading furniture trucks Answer online messages and phone calls regarding items Photograph items for online listings Maintain store cleanliness and organization Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives Must be able to lift 50lbs

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Comfortable working in both retail and warehouse settings. Coachable and flexible Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
