Responsibilities: o Write sales reports and showcase sales efforts including sales volume and progress to help create new sales goals o Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep us growing o Determine our sales strategies and sales objectives to hit our sales goals o Manage our sales team by creating a sales plan for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing ongoing training programs to set the team up for success o Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs o Lead, coach, and support agents through 1:1s, trainings, and performance check-ins o Manage lead distribution, CRM activity, and accountability systems o Monitor metrics, drive lead conversion, and oversee contests and incentive programs o Foster a collaborative team culture and support recruiting/retention initiatives o Partner with leadership to grow systems, training, and team performance Qualifications: o Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales o Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills o 3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department o Bachelor's degree in business or related field o Extensive real estate sales experience as a proven top producer o Management or team leadership experience strongly preferred o Deep knowledge of the Bay Area market (local candidates only) o Excellent communication, public speaking, and organizational skills o A proactive, resourceful leader who thrives on developing others and holding them accountable About Company: Twin Oaks Real Estate is a dynamic and growing brokerage that prides itself on delivering exceptional service and fostering agent success.
