Addicus is seeking a refined and strategic sales leader to join our team as the Head of Sales, reporting directly to the partner group. This is a relationship-first role focused on building deep, consultative partnerships with Centers of Influence (COIs)--primarily accounting firms, law firms, and RIAs. The ideal candidate will thrive in environments where trust, credibility, and professional polish are paramount. They will love being in the field, especially at COI offices, where they can engage directly with advisors and help them confidently identify clients whose goals align with Addicus's offerings.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being strategic and collaborative, and who understands the nuances of working with professionals who themselves serve as trusted advisors. The successful candidate will be flexible and comfortable with travel, especially across the Southeast, with national reach as needed. They will be energized by the opportunity to represent Addicus's Private Equity and Consulting solutions in high-trust settings, and will bring a thoughtful, polished presence to every interaction--whether briefing a partner at a top CPA firm or presenting at an industry conference.
