We are hiring immediately for a Sales Manager in our Petrochemical and Refinery sector in the New Orleans, LA Area - a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

What you'll do:





D evelop and execute sales and marketing plans for developing business, including product revenue targets Identify and evaluate potential new opportunities and provide suitable recommendation to boost sales of products / increase market share Ensure the attainment of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development and corrective action. Ensure that assigned sector attracts, develops and retains the highest quality sales talent available in the marketplace.
