Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in New Mexico. The Sales Manager drives revenue growth, enhances customer satisfaction, and supports operational excellence within their market. This role requires a results-oriented leader skilled in sales strategy, team development, and cross-department collaboration. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities:

  • Achieve market revenue goals by managing prospects and supporting Sales Associates.
  • Ensure compliance with all company and department SOPs across Sales, Marketing, Closings, and Design.
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns and local opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Design to maintain proper inventory and provide feedback on market trends and upgrades.
  • Track and analyze CMA data; build relationships with agents, lenders, and title companies.
  • Meet customer experience targets and support clients through home selections and design.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Partner on market objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and manage team members as needed.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and usage.
Skills:
  • Proficient in CRM, Word, Excel, and related software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced settings.
  • Proven leadership in coaching and developing teams.
