Monday-Friday:

1st Shift: 6:30am - 1:00pm

2nd Shift: 11:30am- 6:00pm


Weekend Shift:



Saturday: 12:00pm - 4:00pm

Sunday: OFF

About the Role


M.D. L.D.N. is a fast-building, felony-friendly legal notice and compliance operation in Maryland. We are felony-friendly for serious, reliable applicants who are ready to show growth, professionalism, and responsibility. We are building our core leadership team -- the people who will help us dominate high-profit Maryland counties.

As the Sales & Field Regional Manager, you handle both revenue and field performance -- working alongside our Regional Manager so sales, field operations, and compliance stay in sync.

This is a leadership role for someone who wants control of the field and the relationships that bring in business. You're the face of the company with law firms and property managers. You understand people, pressure, deadlines, and how field teams succeed. No legal experience needed -- we'll train you; bring your sales drive, field experience, and leadership energy.

Day-to-day, you'll be meeting attorneys and PMCs, reviewing field performance, tracking routes, helping close accounts, solving field problems, and partnering with the Regional Manager. One day you may run virtual huddles and KPIs; the next, you and the Regional Manager may walk into a law firm to lock in a new account and conduct a compliance review.

Key Responsibilities


Lead field operations and field agents across assigned Maryland counties

Handle law firm & PMC outreach, networking, and relationship-building

Close new accounts and support onboarding of new clients

Track KPIs related to sales, repeat clients, route speed, and service quality

Conduct client check-ins, compliance reviews, and site visits

Join the Regional Manager for in-person meetings with major clients

Oversee high-value or time-sensitive field jobs

Support Supervisors with training, accountability, and expectations

Improve routes, coverage, and field performance standards

Experience & Requirements


3-7 years experience in sales, field sales, territory sales, B2B, or service-based sales

Leadership or supervisory experience required (team lead, field lead, or operations lead)

Experience with field teams, door-to-door, logistics, dispatch, or similar is a strong plus

Must be confident meeting attorneys, PMCs, and office staff

Strong communication, accountability, and follow-through

Must be comfortable solving urgent issues and field problems quickly

Must be able to travel across the New Jersey region as needed

Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and a smartphone

Felony-friendly: honesty, consistency, and professionalism required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
