New York Life Insurance Company is currently in search of supervisors to join our Fast Track Partner initiative. We are seeking out individuals with leadership qualities who could potentially be chosen to join our General Office as a Partner. As part of the Fast Track Management Program, you will commence as a financial professional to acquire practical experience. Once you fulfill the program criteria, you will have the opportunity to transition into a management role as an Associate Partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals. Our proficient teams at the General Office and the Corporate Office offer support to our managers, assisting them in making a positive impact on their agents and community professionals while serving as an associate partner
  • Offer tailored solutions by leveraging a broad range of financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed
  • Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs.
  • Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales roles with the ability to drive revenue and build client relationships.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Highly motivated and Results-oriented.
  • Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry
  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and strategic direction
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Clear and persuasive communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
