We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth for the Hampton by Hilton & Homewood Suites by Hilton Jackson Hole. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales with a proven track record in management and business development. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients.

Duties

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industry. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to senior management.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales is required. Excellent negotiation skills and a solid understanding of account management principles. Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and data analysis. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop actionable strategies. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals.
